The Leeds Minor Hockey Association Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, April 29th at 7:00 PM at the Country Roads Community Health Centre in Portland (4319 Cove Rd at Hwy 15). Country Roads has generously offered their space and kindly asks attendees to bring a donation for the local food bank.

The AGM is when elections are held for next season’s Executive. If you or someone you know is interested in a position, please contact Danielle Bresee. All nominations must be submitted using the nomination form no later than April 15th. Nominations after this time must be made in person at the AGM, and the nominee must be present to accept.

Reminder: Any proposed changes to the LMHA constitution must be submitted and posted on the website at least 30 days before the AGM. Please submit your proposed changes to Danielle Bresee by March 28th.

All Executive positions are open for election. The current President must have served on the Executive in the previous year. The Past President is a non-voting role held by the outgoing President, to ensure continuity and support for the association.
